Creating a chain of libraries with social / local collaboration is an ambitious scheme of Sampark Society. Whatever we are thinking and doing today, only the books have made us worthy. Therefore library is a great need of time and society.Books give both humanity and knowledge to humans.
Japan, a country known for its scientific thinking and humanitarian work in the world, starts getting used to children going to the library from the age of five. Small libraries in public places help in keeping the culture and society working there. It will not be an exaggeration if we say that books make responsible citizens.
